Mark 11:22-24 "And Jesus answering saith unto them, 'Have faith in God. (or the same kind of Faith as God --PL) For verily I say unto you, that whosoever shall say unto this mountain, 'Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea'; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. Therefore I say unto you, what things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.'"
Did you notice that Jesus talked only one time in here about praying, and He talked about "saying" three times more than "praying." So our confessions need to be a least three times more than our praying. After praying I just start confessing. Praying is important. But saying and not doubting is more important. So start writing down what you want or need from God and 3 or 4 times a day say,
"I am healed" or "God is prospering me," for example. Find the scriptures that say what you need and start to confess them. Don't stop Praying or Praising. But say, say, say what you want from God.
